Some insurances cover acupuncture for a number of conditions (usually pain) and place limits on a number of treatments you may receive each calendar year. Please find out with your insurance carrier if acupuncture is a covered modality under your plan and for your diagnosis. All treatments are subject to your deductible and co-pays. For plans that consider me out of network, you will need to pay out of pocket and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for a reimbursement.

Please note that in the event of nonpayment by an insurance plan, patient becomes responsible for the cost of the treatments.
